Products

EU withdrawal right

By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery/activation and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may expire once delivery has begun.

Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after payment via download link or account activation.
  • Ensure your device meets the system requirements listed on the product page.

Virtual goods

In‑game currency and content are account‑bound, activated immediately, non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged back into real money. If delivery fails, our support team will assist you.

In-game purchases

  • Our webshop offers optional purchases of in‑game currency (Rubies and Sapphires). These currencies can be used within the game to acquire equipment for your champions and unlock new maps to play. Any purchase made with euros also unlocks extra campaigns and playmodes which is tied to your account.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase, technical issues).

User Responsibilities

  • Accounts must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
